Instructions for Public Comment
Regular commission meetings, as well as public hearings, have a designated time for public comment. To honor everyone’s time, please limit your remarks to 3 minutes. The commission president will ask at the appropriate time for public comment. If attending virtually, please use the button within Microsoft Teams to raise your hand and when recognized, state your name, and make a comment. This time is for public comment only. Questions will not be answered during the meeting, however staff may be directed to address questions at a later time.
