On Wednesday, June 7, Mason PUD 3 will be replacing a critical piece of equipment to complete a project in the Fredson and Ryan Road area. While the work occurs, there will be a temporary planned power outage for 104 customers on Fredson Rd., Ryan Rd., and connecting roadways (Spring Pl., Grove Pl., Glen Pl., Elk Ridge Rd., Evergreen Dr., Highland Dr., and Manor Rd.).
The outage will begin at Noon on Wednesday, June 7 and last until to 4:00 p.m.
During the outage, PUD 3 recommends unplugging sensitive appliances and electronic equipment until power has been restored for about 20 minutes. Also, especially with electronics, it is important to use surge protectors.
Customers in the affected area have been notified by mail. Any questions about the project may be directed to the PUD’s Operations Superintendent in charge of the project at (360) 426-8255 extension 5259.
