Temporary mid-day closure of PUD 3 offices Friday, August 2

(SHELTON, WA) -- The Belfair and Shelton offices of Mason PUD 3 will be closed mid-day Friday, August 2 so employees may attend a function at the main office on Johns Prairie Road in Shelton.

  • The downtown Shelton payment center will be closed from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
  • The Belfair office will be closed from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
  • The Johns Prairie operations center will be closed from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

During this short closure, customers may pay their electric bills by using SmartHub, online at my.pud3.org, or at payment drop boxes at any of the PUD’s three locations: downtown Shelton, Johns Prairie Operations Center, and Belfair. Cash payments should not be left in drop or drive through boxes.

Customers may also choose to pay-by-phone by calling 1-844-255-3683.

During the office closure times, power or fiber outages and other power-related emergencies may be reported via SmartHub, or by calling 360-275-6518 (Belfair), 360-426-8255 (Shelton) or 360-861-4247 (Elma).
