Mason PUD 3's Belfair and Shelton offices will open later than normal the morning of Thursday, August 25 so employees may attend a function at the main office on Johns Prairie Road in Shelton.

Offices will reopen at the following times: 

  • The Belfair office will open at 10:00 AM.
  • The Johns Prairie operations center at Shelton will open at 9:30 AM.

Customers can make payments or report outages online any time by using PUD 3’s SmartHub app. It’s available from the smartphone’s app store. Customers may also make payments or report outages with SmartHub on the web at https://my.pud3.org.

North Mason County residents may make payments by:

  • Calling 1-844-255-3683.
  • Visiting the payment kiosk at the Belfair Warehouse at 21341 E State Route 3.
  • Using the payment drop box at PUD’s Belfair office at 24081 E State Route 3, Ste. B.

Shelton residents may pay their bills by:

  • Calling 1-844-255-3683.
  • Visiting the payment kiosk at the Telecom Data Center at 310 West Cota Street in downtown Shelton.
  • Leaving payments in the drive through box at the 310 West Cota Street address, or at 2621 E. Johns Prairie Road. (Cash payments should not be left in drop or drive through boxes.)

Customers can also submit questions via email at hello@masonpud3.org which will be answered promptly when the office reopens.

Power or fiber outages and other power related emergencies may be reported by calling 360-426-8255 and following the prompts for reporting an outage. Crews will still be standing-by should an outage occur during this timeframe.
