Commission Meetings

Commissioners meet twice a month to set policy and make financial decisions for the utility.

February 6th and February 20th meetings will be held virtually due to maintenance in the PUD 3 auditorium. 

Agendas are posted at least 24 hours prior to the next commission meeting.

  • All commission meetings will be held in person or via Microsoft Teams by calling in or with a video link.

Instructions for Public Comment

Regular commission meetings, as well as public hearings, have a designated time for public comment. The Chair will ask at the appropriate time for public comment. If attending virtually, please use the button within Microsoft Teams to raise your hand and when recognized, state your name, and make a comment. To honor everyone’s time, please limit your remarks to 3 minutes. This time is for public comment only, questions will not be answered during the meeting, however staff may be directed to address questions at a later time.

Regular Commission Meeting Schedule

All PUD Commission Meetings are held at 10:00 a.m. on the following schedule at the PUD 3 Johns Prairie Skookum Auditorium or via Microsoft Teams unless otherwise noted (see above for details to attend).
