How do I make a payment through SmartHub?

For computer users on the online application: You can make a payment by going to the Bill & Pay tab at the top of the left menu. You can also make a one-time payment or log into your account through the Pay My Bill button on the top right corner of the PUD 3 website. You will need your PUD 3 account number to make a payment.

For mobile device users: Make a payment by clicking the Bill & Pay button on the bottom menu. Click Pay at the top of the screen (under the total) or other options in the menu below.
