Customers in the affected area have been notified by mail.
On Wednesday, June 7, Mason PUD 3 will be replacing a critical piece of equipment to complete a project in the Fredson and Ryan Road area. While the work occurs, there will be a temporary planned power outage for 104 customers on Fredson Road, Ryan Road, and connecting roadways (Spring Place, Grove Place, Glen Place, Elk Ridge Road, Evergreen Drive, Highland Drive, and Manor Road).
The outage will begin at Noon on Wednesday, June 7, and last until 4:00 p.m.
During the outage, PUD 3 recommends unplugging sensitive appliances and electronic equipment until power has been restored for about 20 minutes. Also, especially with electronics, it is important to use surge protectors.
