While Mason PUD 3 is statutorily required to offer the joint use of its poles (with the necessary consent) for the "provisions of telecommunications and information services..." (RCW 54.04.045), the utility also recognizes the value of providing a just, reasonable, and nondiscriminatory program for the mutual benefit of its shared customers with the Licensees.
This page was designed to provide a convenient location for Licensees to follow the process of applying for pole attachment permits as well as have access to related policies, rules, regulations, standards, and forms.

A signed Pole Attachment License Agreement is required prior to applying for a permit to attach to Mason PUD 3 poles.
