If you are concerned you are at risk of being disconnected call our customer service department for help. We want to see all of our customers stay connected.
If there's a tree endangering the power lines, we want to know about, to keep you safe, and to keep the power on.
If you have overhead power lines that run through your property or in your neighborhood, please take a moment to see if there are any trees or large branches that could potentially fall into the lines. If you notice such hazards, please report it immediately using the form, accessible below, and a PUD 3 representative will contact you for more information and schedule an on-site evaluation.
