We will need a copy of your receipt with make, model number, and cost of the qualifying appliance. We also need your PUD 3 account number (or service address and name of the account holder).
Simply e-mail your receipt and Washer & Dryer Incentive Form with the above-listed information to our Rebates mailbox or drop off at any PUD 3 location.
Energy Star Appliance Incentives
