Our offices are open Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
We are available 24/7 for outages or other safety issues at our main number, (360) 426-8255. Our on-call staff member will be alerted for any immediate needs. Non-immediate messages will be forwarded to the appropriate department on the next business day.
