While Mason PUD 3 is statutorily required to offer the joint use of its poles (with the necessary consent) for the “provisions of telecommunications and information services…” (RCW 54.04.045), the utility also recognizes the value of providing a just, reasonable, and nondiscriminatory program for the mutual benefit of its shared customers with the Licensees.

A signed Pole Attachment License Agreement is required prior to applying for a permit to attach to Mason PUD 3 poles.
